A Yoga Mountain Retreat is for anyone interested in learning how to find peace and balance in the complexity of our fast-paced lifestyles. Arrival – Wednesday Aug 14th
4pm Arrival & settle into accommodation
8-9 pm Meet and Greet at The Red Antler
Day 1 – Thursday Aug 15th
8-9:30 am Morning Hatha Yoga on the top deck of Brewers Pond
9:45 - 10:30 am Breakfast at the Red Antler
10:30 – 12 pm Karen will offer a lecture on how to "Eat, Move & Be Healthy" inspired by her many years as a Holistic Lifestyle and Nutrition Coach.
Lunch and early afternoon on your own. Enjoy a bike ride, a hike, a trip to the spa, or a horse back ride.
4:30 – 6:00 pm Afternoon Yin Yoga at one of the mountain spot locations.
6:30 pm Paint by Vino
Day 2- Friday Aug 16th
8:00 – 9:30 am Morning Hatha Yoga on the top deck of Brewers Pond
9:45-10:30 am Breakfast at the Red Antler
Time to enjoy a bike ride, horse ride, trip to the spa or just relax.
3:30pm Meet at the Gondola with yoga mat and hiking shoes. We take the Gondola to the top of the mountain.
4:00 – 5:30pm Mountain Top Yin Yoga
5:30 – 6:30pm Hike back down to the village.
7:00 pm Dinner at the Red Antler
Day 3- Saturday Aug 17th
8:00 am Bus leaves for Kalamalka Lake. Bring yoga mat and your own breakfast for after class. There is a great café by the lake and cafeteria at the beach to purchase your own food too.
8:30 – 9:30 am Morning Hatha Yoga on the beach.
9:30 am – 1:00 pm Eat your Breakfast at the beach, swim, rent a paddle board or kayak, or take a walk along the water.
1:00 pm Bus leaves back up to Silver Star
4:30- 6:00 pm Afternoon Yin Yoga – location to be announced that day
7:00 pm - BBQ Salmon Dinner
Day 4 – Sunday Aug 18th
8:00 am Horse drawn carriage takes us to our Morning Yoga location
8:30 – 9:30 am Morning Hatha Yoga
10:00 am Breakfast at the Red Antler
11:00 am Circle Gathering and windup with Karen
1:00 pm Departure

Karen has been teaching yoga for the past 20 years. Karen is a Hatha Yoga teacher, Holistic Lifestyle Coach, EFT therapist and, has a long background in the health and fitness industry.
